JioStar is looking to hire for the Consumer Strategy and Insights (CSI) team within JioStar. CSI is a central Business Strategy & Insights practice and this role will see you collaborating with leadership teams of Star Pravah and Colors Marathi channels to enhance the value for consumers through data and strategic insights. You will be driving the strategic thinking for content, marketing and monetization with data backed insights to shape the business and brand.
In an evolving world of user preferences, real-time consumer insights play a critical role in defining business strategies. CSI manages a brand called Distillery – a social media command center that mines millions of consumer conversations to provide actionable insights to JioStar’s content, marketing and strategy teams. These social insights are supplemented with other sources like viewership data, primary & secondary research to provide a consumer-first data-backed insight on audience trends, competitive landscape, opportunities and threats in the ecosystem.
