As Camunda grows past the $100M ARR mark, we are expanding our Product Marketing team to define and lead the Business Process Orchestration and Automation (BOAT) category.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will own the narrative for a key area of our business to bridge the gap between our platform capabilities and market needs.
We are building a diverse team with varied strengths. We are looking for a strategic marketer who excels at translating value, whether that value is defined by specific industry outcomes, technical innovation, or strategic partner ecosystems. You will ensure our message resonates with the right audience at the right time.
Own the Narrative: Act as the subject matter expert for your focus area. You will translate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions that resonate with your specific target audience.
Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the launch and adoption strategies for key initiatives. You will orchestrate GTM execution across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our message lands effectively in the market.
Create High-Impact Content: Build the collateral that helps our sales team win. This includes creating assets ranging from technical white papers and architectural guides to business-level pitch decks and joint solution briefs.
Empower the Field: Equip the sales and customer success teams with the tools they need to have credible conversations with buyers, ranging from technical architects to C-level business executives.
Market Intelligence: Deep dive into market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to identify white space and guide our strategic roadmap.
Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, solution marketing, or strategic marketing at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
Strategic Expertise: We are looking for a candidate who brings deep experience in at least one of the following areas:
Vertical/Industry Marketing: Experience marketing to C-level executives in industries like Financial Services, Insurance, Logistics, or Healthcare.
Technical/Core Marketing: Background in positioning automation, BPM, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools to technical decision-makers.
Partner/Ecosystem Marketing: Track record of building joint value propositions and "better together" stories with major technology ecosystems.
Storytelling: You can take a complex concept, be it technical, business, or partnership-related, and turn it into a compelling story that drives action.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead by influence and work seamlessly with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Partner teams.

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United States: $131,300.00 to $211,600.00
United Kingdom: £82,400.00 to £135,600.00
Singapore: S$163,000.00 to S$244,500.00
