Freelance | 8–20 hrs/week | Remote (EU/UK)
Are you an experienced Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt looking to leverage your process improvement expertise in an innovative way? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current work or consulting commitments? Join 10x.team to shape how advanced AI systems understand, reason about, and apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
What you’ll be doing
At 10x.team, we connect top fractional and freelance professionals with world-leading AI labs, driving practical advancements in large-scale AI models. In this impactful and flexible remote role, you will:
Review and refine AI-generated responses on Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, operational excellence, and related topics
Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, methodological soundness, and real-world applicability
Draft realistic business scenarios involving Lean transformations, Six Sigma projects, root cause analysis, waste reduction, process mapping, and continuous improvement
Create scenario variations from perspectives such as Lean consultant, Black Belt project leader, process owner, executive sponsor, or frontline staff
Identify gaps in reasoning, superficial application of methodologies, or misinterpretation of Lean/Six Sigma principles
Your expertise will directly enhance how AI understands, reasons about, and applies Lean/Six Sigma frameworks, ensuring content reflects practical, industry-standard approaches. This role is not about running improvement projects yourself, but about defining how AI systems approach real-world operations management scenarios.
