We are on the lookout for a Content Editor (English) to join our Content Department.

Responsibilities:

• Edit English marketing content, including CRM campaigns, promotions, emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Ensure grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, logical clarity, and factual correctness.
• Verify CRM mechanics and data accuracy (bonus amounts, wagering requirements, dates, campaign logic).
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and internal standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers on revisions and suggest improvements.
• Identify and implement solutions, including AI-driven tools, to improve editorial quality and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain reporting on writers’ performance and prepare regular reports for team leads.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops for copywriters.
• Collaborate with writers, CRM, and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
