As the Product Marketing Manager for Conga’s Document Automation pillar, you lead and own the full go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and cross‑functional orchestration for Conga Composer, Conga Sign, and the broader Document Automation portfolio. You’ll shape the vision, messaging, and growth strategy for one of Conga’s largest product pillars, ensuring consistent market differentiation, scalable enablement, and strategic alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing.

Product Marketing sits at the center of GTM alignment. You will orchestrate launches, craft strategic messaging, shape sales enablement, and act as the connective tissue between Product, the field, and the market. This role is essential in ensuring that Conga’s Document Automation products maintain and expand their leadership position in a rapidly evolving category.
Positioning, Messaging & Storytelling
You will own and evolve the Document Automation pillar narrative, ensuring it remains compelling, differentiated, and aligned with Conga’s broader platform message. You will develop persona‑based messaging that supports use cases, competitive dynamics, and customer decision journeys.
Go-to-Market Leadership
You will lead the pillar‑level GTM strategy for launches, enhancements, and major initiatives. You own launch frameworks, GTM briefs, and cross‑functional readiness plans, ensuring every team is equipped and aligned. You will use customer and market evidence to influence product direction and prioritization.
Sales Enablement
You will create and maintain the core suite of sales enablement resources, including playbooks, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and demo narratives, and deliver ongoing training to ensure field teams can confidently position the Document Automation portfolio.
Customer & Market Insights
You will gather insights through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, ROI research, and competitive monitoring. You will translate these insights into recommendations that inform product roadmap, GTM strategy, and messaging decisions.
Content & Campaign Partnership
You will collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, and Brand teams to create high‑impact materials such as case studies, solution briefs, videos, web content, and thought leadership assets. You ensure all campaign activity reflects accurate messaging, product value, and use‑case alignment.
Cross-Functional Alignment
You will ensure that every GTM‑related team, from Product to Sales to RevOps, has clarity on positioning, use cases, segments, and strategic direction. You will serve as the single‑threaded owner responsible for ensuring alignment and consistency across the entire Document Automation pillar.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related experience.
You bring more than five years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally within document automation, document generation, eSignature, workflow automation, RLM, CLM, CPQ, or the Salesforce ecosystem. You have a strong history of owning end‑to‑end GTM responsibilities, including product launches, messaging frameworks, sales enablement strategy, and market insight development. You are experienced in partnering directly with product management and revenue leadership at a strategic level.
Strategic owner & product storyteller.
You develop pillar‑level narratives, articulate category differentiation, and influence roadmap visibility. You excel at translating complex capabilities into crisp, compelling value propositions that resonate with multiple personas- from admins to CIOs.
Natural collaborator.
You’re a relationship‑builder who partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Partner teams to ensure GTM alignment. You influence without authority and lead with clarity.
Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator.
You are clear and concise when you speak and write -- and even creative in terms of ensuring your messages are received and understood. You develop and communicate a deep understanding of market needs, pain points, use cases and business processes, including buyer personas, customer needs and technology ecosystems, complete with positioning and messaging, and product proof points.
Innovative and Proactive Planning.
You continually explore new GTM approaches, experiment with emerging tactics, and bring data‑driven insights to refine campaigns, messaging effectiveness, and enablement materials.
Product Expertise.
Deeply understand your products’ capabilities and differentiators as well as relevant market trends and competitive landscape, to develop easily understood value propositions for different stakeholders in the buying process to enable the Sales organization to effectively deliver Conga’s Document Automation value proposition.

Industry expertise.
Experience with Document Automation, document generation, eSignature, process workflows, or revenue lifecycle management is helpful but not required. What matters most is your ability to quickly master complex enterprise ecosystems and connect technical capabilities to customer outcomes.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
